Boil & Bake Potato Wedges
I love to make this side and serve it with burgers or wings! It is also great to add to a salad. I serve it with Primal Kitchen Ketchup!

TIMING: about 45 minutes
INGREDIENTS
4 russet potatoes (one(ish) potato per person)
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil large pot of water.
Clean and cut potatoes into wedges.
Once water is boiling, add wedges to the pan. Allow to cook for 15 minutes in boiling water.
While potatoes are boiling, turn oven to 425F and line sheet pan with parchment paper.
After potatoes boil, drain and put in a large bowl. Add butter, paprika, chili powder, and salt & pepper to the bowl. Combine until thoroughly mixed.
Place potatoes on the sheet pan. Put in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip halfway through.
Serve!
