Chicken Wings

For this recipe, you can use any form of wings that you prefer. I made both drumsticks and bone-in wings. However, you can add this rub to any form of wing and it will work!

NOTE: the size of the meat wings / drumsticks you use will impact how long it will take for them to be fully cooked.

TIME TO COOK: 45 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1.5 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/8 tsp chili flakes

  • 4 drumsticks

  • 10 wings

 INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Turn oven to 400F. Line with parchment paper.

  2. Mix flour, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili flakes in a large bowl. Add chicken wings and drumsticks to bowl. Combine together until the wings and drumsticks are equally coated in the mixture.

  3. Place wings and drumsticks on sheet pan. Put in the oven for about 40 minutes. Flip half way through (internal temperature should be above 165F).

  4. Serve!
