Easy Vegetarian Ramen

I love a simple ramen recipe. This is EXTREMELY basic because I used what I had at my apartment to make this recipe. However, it was delicious.

RECIPE CARD

TIME: about 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs per bowl

  • Ramen noodles

  • Miso broth

  • 1 cup corn

  • Green onion

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Warm broth on the stove.

  2. Cook noodles according to package.

  3. Soft boil eggs. I boil water then cook for about 6 minutes and put directly in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Then peel the eggs.

  4. You can warm the corn in the broth or you can saute on in a pan with a tsp of olive oil.

  5. Clean and chop the green onion.

  6. Build your own ramen bowl with the ingredients. Feel free to add other ingredients (ex. kimchi, meat, tofu, Bok choy, etc.)
