Peanut Butter Granola Balls
Granola Balls are one of my favorite meal prep recipes because they are simple, high protein, gluten free, and great for breakfast or a snack. There are also a lot of different variations you can make.
The key ingredients are flax seed, rolled oats, nut butter, maple syrup (or honey!) and some sort of chocolate. However, you can omit the chocolate component if you a looking for a healthier variation.
Enjoy!

Any local maple syrup you can find is great. When I’m in a pinch, I like the Whole Foods maple syrup.
