Fried Rice

This recipe is so quick, healthy, and easy. If you want to make this in a pinch, you don’t need all of the veggies I have listed. You can add in whatever you have in your kitchen. I loved this for an easy week night dinner!

RECIPE CARD

TIME: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cups rice

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 red peppers

  • 1 yellow pepper

  • 1 green pepper

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 head broccoli

  • 1.5 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut peppers, carrot, and broccoli.

  2. Cook rice according to package.

  3. While rice is cooking, put peppers, carrots, and broccoli in a sauté pan on medium. Add 1/5 tbsp sesame oil to the veggies.

  4. Once rice is cooked, add to the veggie sauté pan. Add eggs. Add soy sauce.

  5. Cook on medium until rice becomes crispy (about 15 minutes). Stir regularly.

  6. Serve!
