Best Double Chocolate Brownies
I’m convinced that this is the best brownie recipe out there. It is absolutely delicious and so simple to make. No part of this recipe is healthy, but I think that we all deserve sweet treats in life.
There are a lot of chocolate components in this recipe. I like to do a mixture of cacao powder, cocoa powder, dark chocolate and semi sweet chocolate for a deep and layered chocolate flavor. I think that each chocolate component compliments the other well. However, I have friends that don’t like dark chocolate, and if you’re in that group, omit the dark chocolate chips and just use ⅔ cup of semi sweet chocolate chips. If you prefer dark chocolate over semi sweet, use ⅔ a cup of dark chocolate chips.
In these images, I added powdered sugar on top of the brownies. While this is predominantly for aesthetics, feel free to do this yourself. Just sprinkle some powdered sugar over your cooled brownies to add some variety to your brownies.
Happy Baking!
