Baked Potato Wedges
Who doesn’t love potatoes? This is a delicious and EASY side dish to prepare for any of your upcoming gatherings. During the summer, I love to serve these with burgers or salads. However, in the winter they pair great with wings, sandwiches, or just as a stand alone side.
This recipe is SIMPLE. The most difficult part is cutting the potatoes which is still really easy. After 40 minutes, if you notice the potatoes aren’t crispy, you can continue to bake them until they are your desired texture.
