Spanish Rice

I love Spanish rice. This recipe is SO delicious. I love adding this to any Mexican dish I cook!

RECIPE CARD

INGREDIENTS

·      Jasmine rice (I did 2 cups of rice, 3 cups of water and 1 tbsp of olive oil)

·      Tomato paste (4.5 oz)

·      1 tbsp paprika

·      1 tbsp chili powder

·      1/3 tbsp garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the appropriate amount of water and rice to your pot. Add in 1 tbsp of oil and 4.5 oz of tomato paste and stir.

Cook as directions state on packaging. Halfway through cooking, add in paprika, chili powder, and garlic powder and stir.

Allow rice to finish cooking, then serve!

SERVED WITH: Mexican bowl or tacos!
