Crock Pot: Mexican Shredded Chicken

FABULOUS weeknight recipe. So easy to throw in the crock pot.

INGREDIENTS

  • Three chicken breasts

  • 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes

  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp cumin

  • 2 tbsp chili powder

  • Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all of these ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 5 hours (or cook on high for 3 hours). Remove chicken from crock pot and shred. Then put the chicken back in the crock pot (on low) for approximately 15 minutes. Then serve!

SERVED WITH: Spanish Rice bowl or Tacos!
