Shrimp Tacos
Taco night is a weekly occurrence for me. This is one of my go to recipes - especially during the summer. This shrimp recipe can be served with SO many different sides. In the photo, I served it with guacamole, peppers, tortillas and black bean!
RECIPE CARD
TIME TO COOK: about 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 lb shrimp
INSTRUCTIONS
Clean shrimp.
Mix the spices with the shrimp.
Put a medium sauté pan on medium heat with 1 tbsp olive oil.
Once pan has warmed up, add shrimp. Stir regularly until shrimp are fully cooked (internal temp ~120F).
Serve! I put the shrimp on tortillas and made my guacamole. You can also sauté some peppers to add as a topping!
