Rosemary Potatoes

Potatoes make the perfect side dish for basically any meal. This is also a great recipe to make for a large group. It can accommodate a lot of dietary restrictions as well. Enjoy!

RECIPE CARD

TIME TO COOK: about 40 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 russet potatoes (medium sized)

  • 1 tsp rosemary

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  •  1/4 cup parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Clean and cut the potatoes into 2 inch chunks.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, rosemary, oregano and olive oil.

  4. Evenly distribute the potatoes onto the baking sheet. Add some salt to the potatoes before putting them in the oven.

  5. Cook for a total of 35 minutes (or until golden brown). Flip them halfway through.

  6. Serve! And top with parmesan.
