GROUND CHICKEN TERIYAKI
Quick, easy and flavor filled weeknight meal! This is also great for meal prep!
TIME: about 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
14oz ground chicken
1 cup chopped green onion
Rice
TERIYAKI SAUCE
1 cup water
½ cup soy sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp ginger
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 tsp corn starch
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook rice according to package
Make sauce by adding all ingredients and stir until combined.
Add ½ cup green onion, chicken, and ½ cup teriyaki sauce to a medium saute pan. Cook on medium heat until chicken is fully cooked. Add remainder of sauce to pan. Allow to simmer on low.
Once rice and chicken are fully cooked – serve!
