Ground Chicken Lettuce Wraps
A quick, easy and delicious recipe that is great for weeknights. I love this ground chicken recipe because you can serve it on cauliflower rice, rice, salad or in a lettuce wrap. I prefer to serve it with lettuce wraps because it is a light and protein packed lunch or dinner. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
14.5 oz ground chicken
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup soy
1/3 cup hoisin
1/2 onion
1/2 cup green onion
Butterhead lettuce
IF YOU WANT: white rice, cauliflower rice
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the sauce. Combine 1/3 cup soy sauce and 1/3 cup hoisin.
Chop ½ yellow onion. Chop green onion. Dice garlic.
In a large sauté pan, place the 1 tbsp olive oil, onion and garlic. Cook on medium heat until the onion is transparent.
Add the ground chicken and ¼ cup green onion. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the sauce to pan. Continue cooking until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve!
