Oregano & Basil Red Potatoes
I love this side and I will be making it for Thanksgiving this year. It is SO easy, but absolutely delicious and pairs well with so many different things (including Turkey).

RECIPE CARD
TIME TO COOK: 30 minutes
SERVES: 3-4
INGREDIENTS
1 lb red potatoes
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp basil
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 425F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the red potatoes in quarters.
In a medium bowl, toss the potatoes in oregano, basil, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
Place the potatoes on the baking sheet. Put in oven for 30 minutes.
Remove when potatoes are golden brown.
Serve!
