Garlic & Butter Tortellini
Oh. My. Goodness. This was absolutely delicious. I haven’t shared any recipes with Tortellini, but I promise more are to come. This was also one of the quickest dishes I have ever made and you probably have all of the ingredients in your fridge and spice shelf.
The butter cartelizes really nicely on the tortellini which not only adds flavor, but also texture to this dish. This is also great because you can scale it. I made this dish for two people with a side salad using the recipe below, and it was perfect.
As we continue in the fun of the holiday season, this is a great recipe to have on hand if you need to prepare a quick lunch or dinner. Enjoy!
