Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

One of my favorite parts of this recipe is that you can accommodate MANY different dietary restrictions. For example, it can be egg free by substituting with flax seed. It can be gluten free by using GF old fashioned rolled oat. It can be dairy free by using chocolate chips without dairy.
